Produce

We produce a colorful, complimentary array of vegetables and herbs along with our Shiitake mushrooms.  Listed below are just some of the produce we may offer through the growing season.

Spring (mid-April through May)

spinach, lettuce, oriental greens, bok choy, kale, beets, arugula, radishes, scallions, snap peas, baby carrots.

Summer (June, July, August, September)

cucumbers, tomatoes, rainbow cherry tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, beans, green onions, summer squash, zucchini, eggplant, curly endive, lettuce mix, Swiss chard, baby beets, lacinato kale, carrots, leeks, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, cilantro, dill, parsley, black and red raspberries, new potatoes, fresh garlic, garlic scapes.

 Fall (late September to mid-December)

storage potatoes, cabbage, Brussel sprouts, turnips, carrots, storage onions, broccoli, cauliflower, winter squashes, spinach, bok choy, lettuce mix, radish, kale.
